I gave it 4 stars because it is fire resistant. Is it fire resistant to the high temperature advertised? I’m not so sure. We took a lighter to it (for less than a minute) and it didn’t seem to phase the pouch at all. Very happy about that. The lighter did burn the shiny seam though after just a few seconds. I used the smaller bag for personal documents and then used the bigger bag for my mortgage paperwork etc. The bigger one fits 8x11 paper but not legal size. It looks pretty durable and makes me feel secure that I have my important documents in a safe spot.
