I will be replacing all baseboards and casing in my house - within the next few months. I could use my pneumatic nailer but what a pain and a lot of noise. I decided to try this. Didn't manage to get it from my local hardware store - they were all sold out - I bought this one from Revain. It worked very well - no jamming or other issues. I've used 1-1.5 and 2 inch rods - no problem. For something that's easy to use and easy to move around, that's fine. It is NOT light - compared to a pneumatic actuator - but I don't use it 8 hours a day - only occasionally - when doing housework - room by room.
