Review on TUOPUKE Press Hydraulic Pressure Plates by Kristen Simpson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Incredibly easy to use and so much fun

I'm new to one of these presses. I recently harvested my first plant and it was dry and healing. I was so excited when I ordered this and researched so much about using a hydraulic press. The press itself was packaged in a very nice wooden case and was in perfect condition when it arrived. I was really glad that there were actually some extras I didn't know about. Included was a silicone storage jar, which is already very useful, as well as parchment and a gathering tool. The press comes mostly assembled except for the leg rests and detachable handle for the press. The instructions were simple enough and the machine starts heating up as soon as you turn it on. When everything was ready for the first run, the press got hot within minutes and held a constant temperature with ease. The press works very hard. This thing is very heavy and very strong when squeezed. I was very happy to see Fahrenheit as an option and was able to install it first. The plates are very thick, solid and have enough space to smash whatever I need. I was so excited to use the press I think I went too fast and mashed everything out of my nylon bag but still got a great product out of it. The press has a timer and countdown with a loud beep when it turns off and just press to reset the timer. It was very interesting putting together my first batch and I'll be spending a lot of time experimenting with tempos and timing.

Pros
  • Cover the filter bag with silicone oil paper and place it on the bottom heating element
Cons
  • Little things
