Fit perfectly but felt loose after one day.

Item fit perfectly in my door and attached well to the door. After a day of use the wood part of the handle feels loose. Unfortunately, this is not the part I screwed in but the part that came pre-attached by the company. The screws holding the wood handle to the bracket are loose and cannot be tightened (just spin). Manufacturer has to use larger screws.
