Review on 🔌 Enhanced Plantronics EHS Cable APV-66 (Avaya) by Chris Sharma

The Plantronics EHS APV-66 cord worked great with my Avaya 4621SW IP phone and Plantronics CS510. I was amazed at what kind of functionality this element would provide besides the on-hook/off-hook controls. The cable provides the following: On-hook/off-hook control from the headset: Press the button on the headset and the desk phone switches to on-hook/off-hook mode. the headset button on the Avaya desk phone and the headset is activated/deactivated Call Control/Indication: The headset now emits a soft beep when the desk phone rings. It didn't exist before this cable, and it makes it a lot easier to take calls from your desk because you can hear the phone ringing in your ear. There may be other features, but these were the ones that interested me. Overall, this item gets 5/5 stars.
