Bad installation or bad screen. the system has stopped booting.

Replaced broken top screen. Used for major electrical repairs. When finished, the system will show power but will no longer boot. Either a bad product or a failed installation. I won't be returning as I can't be sure what it is. One of those things. It will be charged and the blue light will be on. otherwise nothing happens.
