Well I was skeptical but I bought one and just installed it in my closet. Easy install and holy cow. I couldn't believe how much light this thing gave off. Much more than the 60W bulb that used to be there. The thing is very thin and after installation looks like a built-in lamp. Just make sure you place the bracket over the junction box with the hole in the bracket facing you. That's why I think people say the bracket screws are too short. It's not like this. You are on the right track if you align the orthosis correctly. The sensitivity of the motion detection is amazing. There is a switch on the side that allows you to set day or night mode (in night mode, the light turns on only at night). I set mine to day mode because I have a window nearby. My wife loved it and ordered me to buy 4 more for other closets in the house.
