I was rather skeptical about this switch. It's a pretty simple idea and pretty genius. It just is. I was afraid that the membranes that ensure this would wear out after a short time or simply fail. But I've been using it for a while now and it still works just as well as when I first installed it. And, I have to admit, I really prefer the idea of pressing the button with wet hands that "no" current flows under voltage. Oh, and if there's a BIG job of filling one of the holes in my counter when I've replaced a three-hole faucet with a one-hole faucet. (The new faucet suggested the hole cover pad from the previous faucet, but it didn't match the holes I had.) All in all, a very good purchase.
