Broken LED and poor customer service

Bought fan again after a few months and the LED light dims and then comes back on every 2-3 minutes. The fan looks great and is quiet, but this dimming issue is very frustrating! When I attempted to call the support phone number, I received an error message stating that the number could not be reached from my region twice, and the third time I was connected to an automated message belonging to the insurance company. Cannot make a warranty claim.
