Inserts glued into Walking

I liked it but since the insoles are firm I had to return it. I have foot problems that require orthotics that I need to use. The insoles are glued into the shoes. The insoles pull out, but I didn't want to risk damage and then not be able to return them. If you don't want or need to remove the insoles, I think they're a good shoe.
