Works great! Insert batteries and you're done. No programming. Bought just in case the original "disappeared". It's not original Samsung, which suits me. While it's lighter, the plastic and general "feel" differs from the original. Where the original Samsung has a "Samsung TV Channel" button, this one has a Hulu button. However, this is not enough to discourage you from using or returning it. Just acknowledge differences. There were no complaints when using it. Has a good infrared range. Also works with my DVR cable box. I recommend replacing or having as a second unit like we did.
