I like that they have an option to add my spouse if he/she is covered by COBRA through his employer as well! They also added their own benefits plan in addition of Aetna which was great since we had been with them before switching over from PPO Blue Cross (which didn't cover us). It took awhile getting used it but once you get everything setup correctly its pretty easy going forward using this product compared other products out there such at CVS Health Connections or Humana Online Benefits Portal - definitely give both options some time when looking into what will work best your situation!! We did not use any features during our trial so cannot comment specifically about how useful those were however after comparing many different platforms i found overall most helpful being able to access all information online instead having paper forms sent back etc..
