I purchased this case after watching a video about how well it protects the Motorola G Pure phone. I like how thick the cushions are. I like the stand that will support it in either landscape or portrait mode although, I don't expect to use that feature much. I am VERY careful with my phone so, I hopefully will never have to rely on the case to 'save' it in a fall (drop). This case comes with a clear protector for the face of the phone which I did not install. I wasn't impressed with the fingerprint reader before I put the phone in a case and it seemed even less usable with it in a case. I use a pattern. Overall, I like this case. I won't be trying anything else on this phone.
