I have been using these climbing shoes for 2 years. absolutely love her. They don't have a sharp outline and are fairly flat, for me that's what I wanted. I personally don't like it when my foot bisects, so I didn't want a lot of flex in my running shoes. I can still stick my toe through the cracks in the wall and have a good grip on the rock. I would recommend it for beginners or intermediates. I've climbed a few 5.11a but that's the limit of my ability and most of my climbing is in the 5.10 range! I even convinced two of my friends to buy these climbing shoes because of the great price and comfort and the job done!
