Great customizable features

I suffer from back pain which is why I bought this. Being 6ft 4in I wasn't expecting it to fit me the way it would fit someone who is 5ft 2in and of course it doesn't but I don't need it to have a good one to get a back massage. What they call a shoulder massage hits me at the shoulder blades and just below, but it goes with what they also call an upper back massage. Waist and hips/buttocks should fit everyone. The thigh massager only reaches 1/3 to 1/2 up my thigh which is fine for my needs. I've only used it for a waist massage plus a heater which is great. I also tried it in "Auto" where it toggles between different modes and it was good. I would use this when I was in pain all over my body. It can be set for 10, 20 or 30 minutes and one of several massage modes or a continuous massage. Reading the manual is necessary to understand what the different buttons are. for and how functions are managed. The massage is a bit noisy, but probably no louder than any massage block. I just didn't expect it. It's not too loud for a single user, but it keeps me from using it in front of others, but allows me to schedule massages for times when no one else is around. The only major complaint I have is that the upper back massage is very strong but the lower back massage is pretty light. However, it was pretty good and I look forward to using it regularly.
