I like that it is easy for my patients, both young adults who are not computer savvy but also seniors with an iPad or smart phone! The ease of being able use this program as opposed from emailing appointments directly into their calendars has been great in our practice!! There isn't much dislike about saving time by having all appointment reminders available right away without any delays due date problems when emails take too long sometimes (that's just how things work).

Saving medical records so easily too makes us more efficient while still keeping up good patient care standards at same times saves resources such as paper documents which can be costly especially if they get misplaced/lost over years.
