I purchased these for my 12yr old and he said they are comfortable and likes them. His only complaint is that he said the strings are big but he can easily sip them on and off even if tied. At first glance they do look fairly cheaply made and the rubber sole may not last long but we shall see. I've ordered other shoes for him off azon like these and they seem to last as long as name brands we get in store.Sometimes spending extra does work out though. Personally I know my $80 work boots can last several years of use while these shoes last him maybe 6mo at most before they start looking trashed. Then again all my kids tend to destroy there shoes and clothes faster then I ever did.Overall I would not hesitate to purchase these again but I also like trying different brands every time if there cheaper and have good reviews.
