Brush heads do not snap securely
I have been using this replacement product with the same Oral B toothbrush for several years. This packaging does not fit the toothbrush exactly. I've brushed my teeth three times, only for the head to come off and I hit my cheek with the metal part of the toothbrush underneath. I'm not sure what changed as I've never had any issues.
