A good fan definitely helps with hot flashes. I want fan 1 to go higher. Hot flashes can be intense, and the heat here in central Texas is oh my god! It's noisy and my husband complained and said his ears hurt my daughter too much lol. I wish it was a little quieter, but that's to be expected since it's a fan and at least it helps me. It's hard to hear when I'm wearing it. Seems to charge more often than I thought. I took this one thinking it might last a charge longer. Overall it's good and a good price.
