Review on 🔒 Guard Your Bike with the Kryptonite Kryptolok 912 9.5mm Chain Bicycle Lock by Mark Hayes

We bought some good bikes and the store recommended this lock. Even at first glance you can see that it is indestructible. I'm sure the offender will eventually be able to sever the limbs, but with a diamond saw this can take 10 minutes. And he uses a weird key which I think makes the lock difficult to pick. Good - indestructible chain and locking mechanism. It's even wrapped in a tough woven plastic sleeve to keep the chain from scratching the bike. Bad - the chain is HEAVY. He claims to weigh 7 pounds but feels like 20 pounds. We use them when the bikes are in stock, but I can't imagine lugging the chain in my backpack to go to the supermarket. A minor note - the key/lock mechanism is a bit finicky to use. No deal breaker.
