The main benefit of this product was its sedative to calm a child or adult. I agree that this is the most important and useful purpose, but this product underestimates itself by not emphasizing all other uses for it. I've used it in rotation classes for fun lighting and even during my workouts. The possibilities are endless, with what you can do this product is so awesome. The remote helps you get the lighting where you want it to be and even helps you choose a color scheme that most don't have. The colors are as vibrant as you want them to be, and the evening choices are truly soothing and relaxing. I cannot recommend it enough for all uses.
