Collected the second computer in the apartment. Mainly for two purposes. 1) Render assistant for 3D Max V-Ray 2)Computer in the living room for movies. As a result, I chose a new 3770k processor for the P8P67 Deluxe mother with a preliminary BIOS upgrade on the working computer, and installed the old 2600K into the new system on the P8Z77-V LX. As a result of all the machinations, two similar systems were obtained. Win7 rated both processors at 7.8, although on the old motherboard (P67) 2600K gave out only 7.7. It feels like there is not much difference between the processors. Rendering the same scene in Max on the same board without overclocking is as follows: 2600K - 5.34 min, 3770K - 5.03, but keep in mind that the latter works at obviously higher frequencies (3900 in Turbo Boost auto mode, versus 3700 at 2600K), i. E. set them to the same multiplier and there will be almost no difference, especially at maximum values in the region of 4.5-4.8 GHz.
