Disgusting, no notes of grapefruit or citrus, just antiseptic bitterness
How did this come about? It's terrible. It's a pure antiseptic taste with a terrible floral note in the background. No traces of grapefruit or citrus. Listerine makes decent fresh citrus, so they know how to make citrus-flavored mouthwash. They could just add pink dye to their Fresh Citrus and fool everyone with citrus-flavored mouthwash. So yeah, it's terrible.
