Review on 🚲 Titan Girl's Flower Princess BMX Bike Review: Pink, 16-Inch Bike for Girls by Ivan Carson

We bought this bike about a month ago for our 3-10 month old daughter. She rode a 12" balance bike and tricycle for about a year before we bought this bike and was learning to balance really well so we thought she was ready for a big girl bike. We didn't install any training wheels. I was concerned that transitioning from a balance bike to this bike would be difficult as this bike has large wheels and is significantly heavier than their balance bike. We didn't have to worry because she was free and pedaling the day after we gave her the bike. The bike itself is about what I expected for the price. It drives well, the tires and wheels are solid and we had no problems driving. I'm deducting a star for the fact that the extras (particularly the doll seat and tassels) are of poor quality or poorly designed, and the lack of a stand. comes with a kickstand - I guess the manufacturers don't expect many kids to be able to use it without balance wheels. But since it's not there, my daughter has to put it on the sidewalk. I expect the gear guard will eventually crack as it's made out of flimsy plastic and probably won't hold up to repeated drops on a curb. Another disappointment was the doll seat. My daughter uses a bike with the seat in the lowest position and while the doll seat itself still fits on the bike, her 13 inch doll's legs are protruding into my daughter's seat making it difficult to ride. The doll won. It fits decently until we can raise the seat at least 2 inches. Also, the tassels are barely attached to the handlebars. After a month, we have less than half the tassels left—and it doesn't look like she's rocking the bike with it them or anything else. They just come out very easy. Overall I still give this bike 4 stars. I think for the price we made the best possible decision.
