UPDATE: The company was a pleasure to deal with. They immediately sent a replacement for the device. Appreciate their immediate solution! It was supposed to be a brand new steam shower. I have just opened the box to allow the installer to install this item and found that it is clearly in use. He had limescale deposits not only on the outer fittings, but also inside the device. The adhesive part of the control panel was also glued a little beforehand. I contacted Revain customer service and they were very helpful, however it was from a third party and I had to deal with them to return the unit. The back window closed while we prepped the bathroom renovation to the point where we were ready to install it. Happy to update this review when they ship a NEW replacement.
