Good design but poor quality control leaves sharp spots
This is a good design and value for money but poor workmanship leaves a few sharp metal burrs in some places where metal rods meet . Most of the shelves I've seen have some roughness at the joints, but some of them are pretty bad. I tried smoothing out some of the sharp edges to avoid the reverse process. Not to mention I would probably experience the same with replacement.
