Excellent non-stick material! No butter/butter required

I've tried several non-stick pans and none come close to the non-stick power of this pan! To test this, I made a giant cheese and tomato omelet without using oil or oil. You can probably tell from the photos, but the omelet flipped very easily and slid right out of the pan. Plus, it was so easy to clean up that I've been able to make giant omelettes more often!
