Review on 🔪 Uncle Henry 153UH Golden Spike: All-Purpose Outdoor Knife for Survival, Camping, and Hunting - 9.25in SS Blade with Rat Tail Tang and Staglon Handle by Ken Reed

Note (You will see the same/similar knife review on ELK RIDGE #ER-027). Both are wonderful! Both are well made and serve their purpose very well. UH is slightly longer. UH uses a "staglon" grip and ER says "imitation". I think both are pretty much the same BUT the winner is UH IMO. UH is read as "Tang Rat Tail Tang". So I will take the chance and say that HE is also part of the "Rat" family. UH is made of 7CR17 high carbon stainless steel, ER is just stainless steel. (At the time of writing this review there is no real definition of steel). UH has a nice brown leather sheath with whetstone. The ER comes with a standard black leather sheath (still a good one). I understand why UH is only $10 more. I highly recommend BOTH! Be careful - Sharp out of the box! Hope that helps. ****Update**** As of October 2019, UH is only $3 more. Well !
