The product design is great. The build quality is terrible.
The product itself is a well designed product but the assembler did not assemble the product properly. The straps should go through each bar, wrap halfway around the bar, and secure under the bar with a screw. One strap was twisted and fastened under the crossbar (did not go over the crossbar as intended.
