I'm glad the huge oven is heating instead of turning on the huge oven baking small dishes / reheating pizza etc in 10 minutes to get up and cool down in 30 minutes. So I wanted to try something more effective. it does the job well. I'd say look at it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - it could easily pose a fire hazard - it's basically a large toaster. When I first started using it (heating up a slice of pizza) it started smoking. I had a pizza too close to the heating element - so from now on I'll be there at all times while something is cooking to make sure it doesn't start a fire. this. Never leave it alone when using it. I plan to use this instead of my huge/energy efficient oven.
