Get ready for the thick. I wanted to love this monitor and bought it with the intention of using it for coding and gaming. Games look amazing with the right graphics card and you will definitely notice a difference in the overall look of the game. The pixel density on this 24-inch monitor makes it fairly safe to turn down the anti-aliasing settings. If you sit relatively close and have good close-up vision, you'll really enjoy it
