Helps quite a bit for my opinion

I found that after using it for several days it helped reduce the pain I was feeling in my knees. Though it did not completely eliminate the pain it did work to keep it controlled. Frankly, I did not expect it too fully knock out the pain. I will continue to use the product as it does help quite a bit to keep me mobile.

Pros

I have arthritic knees. When they flare up I rub JointFlex in. it does help.

Cons

Cannot be used in conjunction with other pain relief products
