Suitable for small birds

I have two zebra finches and bought them to store nesting material. It's cute, but not very easy to attach to the cage. It's supposed to work with the Vision Bird Cage line I have, but it keeps falling off. Also, removing the orange cover can be a little tricky. Also, the birds love it.
