The ability to connect with prospects at all levels of their organization without having them know you are doing so! Very easy for my team members who do not have sales experience or access to information about current leads/opportunities within an org structure. Nothing really - but I think it could be easier when creating new profiles as well (I would love if they were able to upload multiple documents). We use this tool daily across our entire business including executives from CXO level down through midlevel staff up into senior management teams throughout Europe / North America etc.,.
