Seems good and strong

Of course, I won't know how good and strong until it's been through a few storms. I found wood and fiberglass poles had to be replaced at least once or twice a year. The first metal pole I tried did well through serious storms, but the plastic parts broke. This one seems to have much stronger metal parts, but it still has two small plastic pieces. Will they hold up under long-term sun exposure and high winds? I hope so. My flag is mounted under a security light 30 feet up a utility pole to keep it out of reach of my big, mischievous horses. A real PITA when I have to replace it, which I do anyway whenever the flag itself is damaged. But I want the flagpole to last in the meantime.

Pros
  • Durable construction ensures longevity of product and reduces the need for frequent replacements
Cons
  • Higher cost compared to other flagpoles
