The item was used.
When I received the package it was not shrink wrapped or sealed. The actual product appeared to be used. It's usually plastic. They just put it back in the box. No CD or power cord. I tested the product. To connect it I had to factory reset the extender to connect it to my WIFI network and act as an extender. Yes it works.
- Not cheap but decent
- Cable is shorter than other picks
