2 weeks in the city the sound changed and the water did not pump. I went through the user manual and went through the troubleshooting checklist. There were a few that I don't know how to check, for example: a blown pump diaphragm. I called Seaflo and left a message unanswered so I left a pending message. I've been watching videos on YouTube and couldn't find any information other than a video of a guy with an 18 second clip of the exact same problem I'm having and he's asking how to fix it and reinstalling he started to work. I checked for debris but I use a filter so I didn't see anything in the filter or valves. Since I'm still working on converting my van and it started working I thought maybe because it had been sitting for a week and needed a nudge. Another 2 weeks and it went out again, this time nothing works. I'm considering opening the top and looking for debris or whatever as Shurflo has a similar issue, but I'll wait to hear from Seaflo first. In general I think I have a defective one and I hope to be able to return it.
