Review on Spectre Performance 9926 Intake Mustang by William Burnett

Do not buy this product. Guilty. put it on my 07 mustang. Ran rough on first run with power tuning. The transmission ran well in the test. Everything seemed to be going well until I went to work the next morning. At 40mph the engine started to run very rough and died within a second. At one point I just made it over an intersection. Glad I was stuck in traffic. Keeping everything under control, he turned around, drove home and got to work on the HD. I thought it might be the fuel pump so I took it to a local and very reliable shop. It turns out that the fuel system is fine, the pressure is normal, the filter is clean. Guess what was the problem? Specter Performance Air Intake Kit 9926! The intake air mass sensor bracket is incorrectly located on the air pipe and therefore sends the wrong signal to the fuel system and the engine stalls. Due to the safety risk with this particular product, I advise against it! BUYER BEWARE!
