I like the seat, solid. I changed the wheels so I can't vouch for the ones that came with the kit. The biggest problem is that the backrest MUST NOT GO BACK. I've tightened it to the max and it still accidentally falls off during use. I'm a pretty small person so it's not like I'm putting too much weight on it. He just suddenly falls and I fall backwards (although I haven't fallen off the chair yet), causing a big jolt. There doesn't seem to be any way to secure it and I'm afraid to use the chair, especially at meetings. Update: My second complaint is that it squeaks horribly when you press down on the seat back. I don't know what to wear/graphite to stop it but it's an annoying noise and I'm afraid people at Zoom conferences will probably think I'm gassy. It's pretty frustrating having to adjust the seatback every day or so and also trying not to recline when on the phone.
