Loved the compact design, claimed to be quiet. However, it's not at all silent, and it depends on whether it works at all. It sits on a table and I move it from time to time to empty the tank. If I move the pump, it stops working. I have found that the slightest fingertip pressure when moving the pump or a slight twist to the side will cause the pump to stop working. It's very unreliable and unfortunate because it's a good brand at a decent price. That's enough for a 10 to 30 gallon tank. Focus on the products you are good at and don't try to offer everything to everyone. There's nothing to do now, just toss the trash.
