This is only the second one of these I've purchased (for the same phone) in 6 years. The first one was slightly larger and cleaned well (makeup gets on them easily). This one just isn't large enough to keep my neck from hurting (I use it several hours a day). It also doesn't clean well, and it already looks so bad I'm going to have to change it. I am 5'4 140 lb woman . "Average?" Length neck so I would have expected this to be a better fit.
