The most important part is that they offer great support for all their products as well as having excellent communication with our team members at times when we have questions or concerns about them. They are also very quick in responding which I appreciate since it can be difficult sometimes trying to get through an issue via email. Sometimes there seems like there isn't enough transparency from time-to-time so this makes me feel uncomfortable knowing what my data may look like.
