I couldn't figure out why the trash can was empty after we did the carpets. Dirt is stuck in the motor! I had to use a long stick to dig everything up. It was packaged in a tube that fits into a dust container. Then I had to cut my long hair that was completely wrapped around the carpet brush. I spent more time cleaning the trash can and brush than vacuuming. I don't want to touch it with my hands or inhale it when cleaning this block. Terrible design. The swivel head then just moves back and forth everywhere as I slide it across the carpet. Ridiculous! If I could return it I would.
