Item works exactly as described. Pulled the nail out of the tyre, smoothed the hole with the supplied drill, inserted the rubber patch with the tool and pulled it out. We cut off the rubber patch and went for air. The tire holds the pressure for 500 km. Don't pay a garage $20 to fix a tire you can make at home. While it's not the highest tier of tools, I'd say you can easily use this set 10 times. It's worth its price of $17.99. Highly recommended.
