The locking mechanism broke immediately upon receipt

The locking mechanism broke within half an hour of receipt leaving the latches floating free and not attached to the lock twist (cheap plastic piece around the round keypad) for as long as I could hear, like pieces of metal rattling in the bottom of the door. Needless to say, the product was quickly returned for a refund so I could get a better quality safe/box with a lock and a different brand.
