This product offers a great way to stay hydrated during your workout. I am a long distance runner and run 100-150 miles a month. I've tried many different ways to carry water with me while running. I have bought several backpacks and harnesses that hold water. This is the only one I recommend. It fits snugly to the body but doesn't rub. It also offers breathability, which is nice on hot days. There are small internal hangers that prevent the water bag from bouncing around. The hose even has a nice magnet to keep it easily accessible and close to your face without bouncing around. The bag itself holds enough water for long runs. The end of the hose has one of those tough, bite-resistant tips that lets you drink hands-free. It also has multiple zippered pockets and other items so you can carry your phone, gu or other energy snacks. You can get one of these for 75% less than this one, but you get what you pay for. I spent $100 on it and for the serious runner I think it's worth every penny.
