The fabric that comes with it is crinkly and loud. Not great for video. It was also less opaque than I had hoped. I replaced the fabric with some relatively sheer curtain and that did the trick. The pole seems fine. The frame has finicky locking mechanisms to hold the frame square. There have been a couple times when I could not get them to engage and lock. The bracket that holds the scrim on an angle locks tight and holds its angle, but the thumb screw that holds the frame to the bracket has stripped out the bracket side and no longer holds the frame. so now it is not capable of being mounted onto the pole. This product has been used in less than ten shoots and now no longer works as intended. I had been considering products from California Sunbounce, but was deterred by the price. Now that my crew loves shooting with a scrim, I might have to reconsider.
