- Easy-to use interface.- Great support from customer service team when needed! I didn't like that we couldn’t have more than one project open at once in our workspace so it was difficult keeping track of projects within my organization as well as with other organizations or consultants working together through blastworks. We were able solve this problem by using multiple workspaces but then there is no way you can keep your files organized if they are all stored online unless you pay extra monthly fees which isn't worth doing since most people don't need those features anyways. This software has helped us manage many different aspects related to blasting including permits/permits applications & inspections, scheduling blasts, tracking progress throughout each phase along with creating reports about overall performance during every stage. It also helps organize data relating to geotechnical surveys performed before drilling begins allowing me access them anytime via.
