Headache during assembly. . .
You'd think these shelves just go together: each piece is pre-drilled to accept the screws provided. Not so! The pilot holes are either too small or too short. The screws are screwed in slightly to the last quarter inch using the small Allen key in the box, then screw them in. Adding more power doesn't help; just break the tree. I suppose someone could drill all the pilot holes in hopes of a better result, but there are plenty of them and the whole idea is that assembly should be easy.
