After my son told my kids for the tenth time to wear a helmet before riding a bike, my son finally called me because I don't have a helmet of my own. I decided to buy this helmet to show them that I will play by my rules when cycling. The helmet fits my adult head well. The visor is a nice addition to block the light. While I like the zippered sun visor/goggles, my wife says they look unattractive. The red light is well positioned and makes driving in the dark safer.
